Our Specializations
Noise Barriers
Making calculations and drawings for noise barriers has been part of our range of services for many years. With the arrival of the HSL and a number of large infrastructure works, the number of projects for this discipline has grown considerably and the necessary experience has been built up. All components can be designed by us (elements, posts, rules, foundations, cantilever beams, etc.) and elaborated (alignment drawings, post plans, coordinate lists, element drawings, etc.).
Foundation engineering
MUC specializes in foundation engineering. We design all types of foundations, anchor, building pits, etc. Not only geotechnical calculations, also all other material engineering calculations (concrete/steel/wood/etc.). It is also possible to carry out predictions for stroke rates of pile foundation elements and to estimate the required weight of a vibrating block for vibrating foundation elements.
Civil Engineering
In the field of civil engineering we have carried out many projects both nationally and internationally. You can come to us for the complete engineering of bridges, quay constructions, jetties, sheet piling, guide works, mooring posts, hawser posts, stability of ground bodies, settlement of weak substrates, etc. Our services also include drawing up specifications (RAW), budget budgets and supervision. We perform constructive reviews of applications for building permits for various municipalities.
Mechanical engineering
MUC already made many designs, calculations and CE markings for foundation machines, lifting cranes, tower cranes, pontoons, pile frames, jack-up platforms and lifting equipment, among others. We have extensive experience in the field of foundation machines/lifting cranes in terms of strength, stability (capacity tables according to the NVAF) and CE. On a daily basis we perform stability calculations for pontoons. We also perform various calculations for offshore modules, which are often constructed in container form.
